If we arrive around 11:00 a.m.\, parking should not be a problem for the club.\nFood can be purchased at the Orchard’s kitchen (IN/AT LOS RIOS RANCHO).  The menu can be reviewed online. Individuals can buy their meals at the window\, and seating is available as a group at the\n\npicnic tables. \n\nPicnic tables are on grass areas\, and tables and chairs are available outside the kitchen. Additional tables and chairs are inside the shopping area (tent) for snacks.\nIndoor restrooms\n\nThings to do:\n\nApple orchards open for apple picking.  Check-in at the counter for directions on where to go.  You will receive a paper bag for apples.  You can pick as many apples as you want.\n\nCome back\, weigh the apples\, and pay for apples at the counter. \n\nIndoor shopping (tent)\, shopping carts are available for serious shoppers 😊\nPetting Zoo\nHiking Trails\nOak Glen Preserve\n\nCruise Details:\n\nThe round-trip cruise is approximately 120 miles.\nWe plan on using two cruise routes.  One route is from Logan’s Roadhouse Restaurant to Oak Glen\, and the other is from Oak Glen home via the 10 Fwy.  The reason is to offer a complete view of the Oak Glen area.\n\n\nWritten directions will be provided on the day of the cruise\, and we have already identified places to pull over to allow for “car catch-up.”\nWe do not plan on making this a race. This one will have more back roads and off the grid areas for about one third of the run. There will be one rest stop after about one hour. The destination is very unique and should be fun for everyone. A ton of memorabilia and fun things to take in. Even wine tasting is available. This is a great place to visit\, and we have a short side trip afterwards (12 miles) that is optional but highly recommended. SUMMARY:Mystery Fun Run and Picnic Lunch
DESCRIPTION:  \nRichard and Jan Royall have put together another Mystery Corvette Fun Run for August 29th.  Come on out and have a fun safe drive with us.  As before you will need to have MASKS\, chairs and a picnic lunch.. There will be a 15-20 min pit stop about an hour into the run.   The stops has snacks\, sandwiches and drinks for purchase and nice clean restrooms. The destination is a fun place with some shopping and plenty of shade for adequate distancing for good socializing as well. There are several great options for the return trip that can make it a full day of fun. \nWe will meet at Logan’s Roadhouse parking lot at 9:30AM\, drivers meeting at 9:45 then leave out at 10AM\,  This should get us there by lunch. \n  \nPlease note that according to NCCC ruling\, we are all at our own risk for club (PVCA) events. A wavier will need to be signed at the starting point. (Approx. 180 miles round trip)

SUMMARY:Thunderbirds at March Air Museum
DESCRIPTION:The Weekend of April 6\, 7 and 8th the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds will be at March Air Field/Museum for the 100 anniversary of the Air Filed.   This is a full Airshow on Saturday and Sunday. \nMikey D. has arranged for the club to come down on Friday to hang out\, get some pictures and watch the practice.  there is no guarantee that we’ll get a full show.  If you are interested in joining us\, we will meet at Logan’s Roadhouse at 8:30am on Friday then drive down to March arriving bout 9:30 or 10.  Or if you prefer you can meet at the museum. \nYou’ll need to bring soda\, water and food including any snacks.   Also a folding chairs\, sunscreen\, etc would all be good.   If you want to plan on going for the full show you can buy your tickets online for Saturday or Sunday.  For more infomration check out the website at: https://www.marchfield.org/calendar/april-7-8-2018-march-centennial-air-show/ \nWe’ll pay a donation to get into the museum and Mikey is setting up special parking for us.
