DESCRIPTION:Doug and Paul would like to invite everyone to our social evening out with the big kids for September.  We have selected Fuddruckers Ontario\, since they have been so good to the club over the last few years and visits. \nThe restaurant is going to give us the back room so we have room for 30 or 40 people. DESCRIPTION:The second of two nights that the club is invited to Irwindale Speedway for a night of races.   We will need to be there at 3:30.  Park to the right side of main entrance\, by the Main Grandstands.  when you enter the parking lot tell the people at the gate that you are there as part of the car club group.  About 4pm all the cars there for the races as part of the car club group will be taken around to the parking on the west side of the grandstands.   About 7pm  you’ll be escorted to the back of the track and then you’ll do a parade lap.   After the parade lap you will come back to the parking area west of the grandstands and then it is up to the grandstands to watch the races\, which will end about 10pm. \nThere is time to eat before we go on the track\, no alcohol if you plan on driving on the track.  the various snack bars open about 4:30 or 5:00.   Feel free to bring snacks or drinks (again no alcohol).   A folding chair is not a bad idea.

SUMMARY:Thunderbirds at March Air Museum
DESCRIPTION:The Weekend of April 6\, 7 and 8th the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds will be at March Air Field/Museum for the 100 anniversary of the Air Filed.   This is a full Airshow on Saturday and Sunday. \nMikey D. has arranged for the club to come down on Friday to hang out\, get some pictures and watch the practice.  there is no guarantee that we’ll get a full show.  If you are interested in joining us\, we will meet at Logan’s Roadhouse at 8:30am on Friday then drive down to March arriving bout 9:30 or 10.  Or if you prefer you can meet at the museum. \nYou’ll need to bring soda\, water and food including any snacks.   Also a folding chairs\, sunscreen\, etc would all be good.   If you want to plan on going for the full show you can buy your tickets online for Saturday or Sunday.  For more infomration check out the website at: https://www.marchfield.org/calendar/april-7-8-2018-march-centennial-air-show/ \nWe’ll pay a donation to get into the museum and Mikey is setting up special parking for us.
