DESCRIPTION:“Dancing in the Street”\nSATURDAY\, MAY 3\, 2024\n\n8:30AM-2PM\n\n \n\nFontana Days Parade 2025 is sponsored by The Exchange Club of Fontana which is also proud to host the 112th Annual Fontana Days Festival. \nThe 2025 Fontana Days Festival Theme is: “DANCING IN THE STREET” which will take place on Saturday\, May 3th at 10 a.m. on the corner of Sierra Avenue and Arrow Boulevard. \nParticipants will travel south on Sierra to Merrill Avenue and then will head east to Veterans Park (an approximately one-mile trek). \nPVCA has been asked to supply convertibles and removable roof cars for Miss Fontana and her Court and Miss Teen Fontana and her Court.  We need 12-16 cars for the girls. In addition\, various City and County VIPs often need a ride\, we typically need 1-8 cars for this function. (Up to 24 cars total.) Any club cars that have a fixed roof are welcome in the parade\, and will represent PVCA\, but will not count towards the total. \nThe parade starts at 10am\nWe’ll meet at Rotolo Chevrolet at 8:30am and head down to the starting line of the parade route at Sierra and Arrow HWY in Fontana at 8:45.\nYou will need Seat cushions and towels or blankets for the girls or VIPs to sit on.  PVCA will provide two 10” round white low-tac vinyl parade stickers for each car.\n\n\nFOLLOWING THE PARADE\, WE WILL DRIVE TO OGGI’S ON THE CORNER OF SIERRA AND HIGHLAND FOR LUNCH @ 11:30AM. The school district office is located on the northwest corner of San Dimas Ave. and Allen Ave. Take the 210 Freeway to the San Dimas Ave. off-ramp\, come south about a quarter mile and the parking lot will be on your right. We will meet at 3:00pm and leave for the staging area by 3:15. The parade starts at 4:00pm and we should be done by 5:00.

DESCRIPTION:THE CITY OF CLAREMONT IS ASKING FOR SEVERAL CARS FOR THEIR 4th of JULY PARADE\nTHE CITY OF CLAREMONT HAS ASKED FOR ADDITIONAL CARS\n They are now seeking 11 coupes and convertibles to lead the parade with distinguished VIP’s such as elected officials\, Grand Marshal\, and Honored Citizens.  The parade is scheduled for Thursday\, July 4 beginning at 10 am at Memorial Park in Claremont.  The cars would need to be in place between 8:30 am – 9:00 am.  The parade route is approximately 1 mile and concludes by 10:30 am.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWe will meet at the Wells Fargo Bank parking lot on the northeast corner of Indian Hill Blvd. and W. 2ND.\n Street at 8:00 am and leave for the parade staging area by 8:20 am. \nPlease remember to bring your driver’s license\, registration\, and proof of insurance (this is a request from the City).  Also remember your radio. \nThanks for volunteering your vehicle and your time.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

DESCRIPTION:MAY 6\, 2023\n8:30AM-2PM\nTHERE IS A NEW ROUTE THIS YEAR! \nFontana Days Parade 2023 is sponsored by The Exchange Club of Fontana which is also proud to host the 110th Annual Fontana Days Festival. \nThe 2023 Fontana Days Festival Theme is: “Comings Together for Good” which will take place on Saturday\, May 6th at 10 a.m. on the corner of Sierra Avenue and Arrow Boulevard. \nParticipants will travel south on Sierra to Merrill Avenue and then will head east to Veterans Park (an approximately one-mile trek). It will be a sunny and breezy morning\, with temperatures in the 80s\, according to the National Weather Service. \nPVCA has been asked to supply convertibles and T-tops for the Miss Fontana and her Court and the Miss Teen Fontana and her Court.  We will need 11-12 cars for the girls. DESCRIPTION:Want to get out of the house and take a little ride? Who doesn’t????\n\nI am pleased to say that we have been approached by the Ontario PD to take part of a Thank You Cruise\, on Wednesday\, May 27th. at 9am.\nTravel will be from Ontario PD to Kaiser Hospital – Ontario then on to San Antonio Hospital in Upland\, back to Ontario PD.\n\nWe can all meet up at Galaxy Burgers\, 2150 S Archibald Ave.\, on the North/West the corner of  Archibald Ave and Philadelphia St. by 8:45am so we can all go to the Police Dept. as a group.\nBring your radios.\n\nThe E-Board has approved this cruise\, with precautions of course\, designated not only by us but by the PD and Hospitals.\nThe precautions are to remain in your cars and it is MANDATORY to wear masks at the Hospitals. \n\nThere will be no food or gatherings.\n\n\nYou are to arrive at the Ontario PD Parking Lot (2500 S. Archibald\, Ontario – just south of the 60) around 9:00 am. Cruise would leave at 9:30\, going to and around Kaiser\, on to and around San Antonio\, then cruise Euclid back to Ontario PD.\n\n\nThere are 3 other car clubs (not Corvettes) involved and so they wish to keep a limited number of cars per club. At this time\, the FIRST 12 CARS TO SIGN UP ARE GUARANTEED a slot in the procession. Any more than 12 will be considered as well\, we just have to wait and see. It will depend on the overall response from all clubs.\n\n\nWe have a deadline of Monday\, May 25 by 5:00 pm. to let the Ontario PD know how may cars will be participating.\nWe will be monitoring the website for responses and we’ll take it from there.\n\n\nThank you so much for everyone’s patience during these past couple of months. Little by little we will get to do things together again.

DESCRIPTION:It is time for the Annual Fontana Christmas Parade.  The city has asked for 15 to 18 cars to help carry various city officials and the Miss Fontana Princess and her Court.    The parade will kick off at 10:00am on Saturday December 14th\, 2019.  The theme this year will be “Magic of Christmas.” \nWe’ll meet at Rotolo at 8:15 and at 8:45 head down to the corner of Sierra and Arrow to the Chamber of Commerce Building. \nAfter the parade we’ll  drive out to El Rancho Restaurant for lunch – please sign up for lunch separately.

DESCRIPTION:We need three cars (plus 1 spare) for a total of four to carry the Charter Oak School Board members in the Glendora Christmas Parade on Saturday\, December 14th.  We will meet at the Denny’s restaurant on the southeast corner of W. Baseline Road and S.
