SUMMARY:Fontana Days Parade
DESCRIPTION:The Fontana Days Parade has been moved up to May so there is no conflict with the 5K/10K run which is the first week of June. \nThe club is asked to supply convertibles and T-tops for the Miss Fontana and her Court and the Miss Teen Fontana and her Court.   We will need 11 or 12 cars for the girls.\nIn addition various City and County VIPs often need a ride for the parade we will have from 1 to 8 cars requested for this function.\nAny club cars that have a fixed roof that can not come down or can not come off\, will be in the parade and will represent PVCA. \nAfter the parade we’ll plan lunch at Applebee’s in Fontana.  On the other side of the 210 from Rotolo in the parking lot with Lowe’s. \nThe Parade starts at 10:00am \nWe’ll meet at Rotolo Chevrolet at 8:30am and head down to the starting line of the parade route at Sierra and Arrow Hwy in Fontana at 8:45. \nPlease remember your parade stickers for the side of your car (rear quarter panel)\, if you have them. Also seat cushions or towels for the girls or VIPs to sit on is a good idea.

SUMMARY:Fontana Christmas Parade
DESCRIPTION:Again we are asked to supply cars for Miss Fontana and her court to rind in during the parade.  The club has also provided cars to the various VIPs that are invited to the parade.   Normally they ask for abut 15 cars but in 2016 they used the 18 cars that we had at the parade.  All cars are welcome\, convertibles and t-tops will be used for the various riders. \nWe will will meet at Rotolo Chevrolet at 8:45 and head down to the parade via Sierra Ave to Arrow where we will stage and head down to the Parade a little before 9:00. \nWe’ll have lunch at a Applebee’s restaurant (at approximately 12:15) after the parade so please plan on joining us. \nIf it rains the girls or VIP will ride in the cars with the top up or on. \nIf you want to bring a toy in support of the Rotolo Toy drive for local Fontana Kids that is much appreciated. \n  \n

SUMMARY:Glendora Christmas Parade
DESCRIPTION:We need four (4) cars for the Glendora Christmas Parade. The parade kicks off at 9 AM Saturday morning and we need to be lined up by 8:15 AM. We will meet at the Denny’s at Grand and the 210 Freeway at 7:45 AM and proceed to Glendora Avenue north of Foothill which is where the parade starts. This is another short parade and a lot of fun. We will be carrying members of the Charter Oak School Board. If you would like\, we could grab a late breakfast after the parade. Any questions\, contact Dave B.

SUMMARY:Charter Oak Holiday Parade
DESCRIPTION:Save the date:\nWe need thirteen (13) cars for the Charter Oak Holiday Parade. The parade starts at 6:00pm from Charter Oak Park in Covina which is located on Covina Blvd.\, between Bonnie Cove Ave. and Mangrove Ave. The parade is just over one mile in length and basically goes around the park and ends where we start. We can’t carry any passengers\, however\, should you wish to bring someone\, have them bring a chair and they can sit and wait for us to return. They want us to check in by 4:30pm so we need to meet at 4:00pm. We will meet in the parking lot of O’Reilly’s Auto Parts which is located at the corner of Arrow Hwy. and Sunflower Ave.\, just behind (and south) of the Shell gas station. There is an off-ramp for Sunflower on the 210 Freeway. Take the off-ramp and head south for approximately two miles. O’Reilly’s is on the west (right) side of the street. For those of you who would like to do a dinner\, we can head for Applebee’s in San Dimas following the parade.

DESCRIPTION:The club has been asked to supply cars for the Miss Fontana Queen and her court as well as the various VIP in the parade.  Typically they need from 15 to 18 cars.  All cars are welcome and will be in the parade.  T-Tops and convertibles will be used for the VIPs and Miss Fontana and her court.  Any Corvettes with fixed roofs will represent PVCA in the parade. \nWe will meet at Rotolo Chevrolet at 8:30 and then head down to the staging area at Sierra and Arrow.   Please remember that the city has a Marathon that is run on Sierra Ave the day of the parade\, so please get off of the freeway at Citrus as Sierra will be closed. \nthe parade gets started at 11am \nAfter the parade we will meet for lunch at Applebees Fontana (North of the 210 Freeway at Sierra Ave and Sierra Lakes in the Lowes Parking lot)\, so if you can please join us \n  \n  \n
