SUMMARY:Christmas Party Double Tree Hotel\, in Claremont
DESCRIPTION:The party will be held at the Double Tree Hotel\, in Claremont\, December 2nd\, 6:00 pm to midnight. \nDinner will include appetizers\, a buffet including beef\, chicken and a plated vegetarian dish.  If you desire a vegetarian dish this MUST BE ORDERED BY\, NOVEMBER 15TH.  The buffet will also include\, soup\, choice of two salads\, rice\, potatoes and vegetables.  There will be a selection of Holiday cakes and pastries for dessert. \nThere will be a no host bar\, closing at 11:00 p.m. If you choose to bring your own wine\, the corking fee is $12.00 per bottle. \nThere will be music and dancing\, raffle prizes\, the 100/0 raffle and Mikey will have the awards ceremony following dinner. \nThere will be rooms available for the night at $129.00 plus tax.  ROOMS MUST BE BOOKED BY NOVEMBER 2ND\, to get the group rate. \nThe cost to the members is $25.00 per person and $55.00 per guest.  All club dues and party cost must be paid to Kim B BY OUR NOVEMBER CLUB MEETING ON THE 14TH. ALL FEES ARE PAID TO Kim B ONLY.  We will also be raffling off a free room for the night\, at our November Club Meeting.
