DESCRIPTION:  \n\n\n\nTIME CHANGE: 8:30 MEET\, DEPART AT 9:00AM\nDAILY WEATHER UPDATES WILL BE SENT TO ALL REGISTERED ATTENDEES — FINAL DECISION @ 6:00AM 1/1/24 \nIT’S TIME AGAIN FOR A HANGOVER RALLY!\n\n\nAfter partying New Year’s Eve\, if you can make it out of bed\, join us for the 5th annual PVCA Hangover Rally.\nCharles and Karyn are looking forward to our 5th annual Hangover Rally. Have a full tank of gas and cameras ready for some beautiful views.\nWeather Information as of 11:20AM on 12/28/2023: Like last year\, Monday’s weather forecast is for a slight chance of rain (currently ~20% and <0.01in.).  I will be watching the NOAA information at weather.gov.  The final decision to go or not could be as late as 6:00AM on Monday morning. I am thinking we will go if the forecast is less than 30% chance of rain. All confirmed attendees will receive weather updates via private communications. \nGeneral information:  Run distance 110-120 miles start to no-host lunch location\, total distance 165-175 miles round trip from startling point. Approximately 55 miles freeway\, followed by 55-65 miles of canyons. Rest stops will be provided every ~60 minutes. Printed detailed route navigation directions will be provided at the driver’s meeting. Participants must complete and sign the NCCC release waiver at the driver’s meeting: Adult Release and Waiver Form; Minor Release and Waiver (Parental Consent) Form \nGuidelines: This event is NOT timed or competitive. You are traveling on public roads. As such\, you are responsible for following all traffic laws. Note that canyon roads may have debris\, gravel\, dirt\, water\, bicycles\, motorcycles\, other cars\, pedestrians\, and local wildlife. Be courteous to slower traffic and give them a friendly wave. Drive safely and have fun! \n Bring your club radios\nWe are going to meet at Sycamore Hills Plaza (near Wendy’s)\, 2209 Base Line Rd. in Upland.\n8:30 am meet\, 8:45 drivers meeting\, and departure at 9:00AM (confirmed). \nLUNCH LOCATION IS THE SAGEBRUSH CANTINA IN CALABASAS
