Elk’s and PVCA Kids Charity Event

General admission is free with a new toy(s) and $10.00 without a toy.

The Elks would like PVCA members to arrive at the lodge and set-up at 7 am.  If you want to or can help set-up please check in with Mikey D.

8 am Breakfast will be available, buffet style
9 am Open to the public
11 am  to  1 pm Lunch
3 pm Event ends

There will be vendors at the event.  So far three PVCA members have expressed their desire to sell crafts at the toy drive.  Lisa is getting a head count on the Elks sellers. The Elks are asking $25.00 to set up and sell.  The fee will go toward the purchase of additional Christmas toys.    If you are interested in being a vendor please contact Mikey D.

The Elks will hold two 50/50 drawings, one in the a.m. and the second in the p.m.

The bar will be open.  Lisa is getting an ABC permit so that attendees can consume alcohol in the display area/parking lot.  The Elks are hiring a band for the event.

Ontario PD will be setting up a display.
