07/23/2008 -- we are experimenting with a limited feature mobile phone version of the website.
Currently there are only three features, Events, Member photos and some trip
photos. More features will be added over time so check back soon and see what’s
changed.
You should be able to use the normal URL/Domain name to access the site from your
phone. If the site does not reformat to your phone you can force the website in
to “Mobile Phone” mode by using http://www.PVCA.org/M.
Some phones like the Blackberry will display everything on the left side with no screen
formatting. Some, like Windows CE based, will display just text links and in
most cases will do limited screen formatting. The best presentation, with
buttons and the correct formatting is on the apple iPhone.
If you wish to view the website in classic style, just click the "Classic" link
on the mobile phone opening page and the website will display in full page mode
on your phone.

Thanks, a big surprise when I selected the PVCA Web site bookmark on my iPhone. I would also like to see a page with events listed by name and date in addition to the calendar grid, in case I am unsure of the date of the event.

First release of the Smart Mobile Phone version of the PVCA wieb site. Version one is very basic. Works only on Smartphones. More to come...
