  Event Description:
 
Displayed in the main body of the page is the a description of the event. The top few lines are formatted information that contain Basic information such as the name of the event, date and club member that is organizing the event.  You can click on the organizers contact info to see more information about this member. The link requires you to be logged in to protect the privacy of the member.

Some event are describe on a page outside the PCVA web site. A hypertext link is provided to the page describing the event. Once you click this link you will be leaving the PVCA web site.
   
  Photo Section:
 
The most popular photo from the event is displayed. You can click on the photo to see any additional photos for this event in the photo gallery.
   
 

Sign-Up Section:

 


This is a list of club members that are planning to attend this event. Members who have changed there mind and have decided not to attend will have a red line through there name.

To make a change to your sign-up entry you can click on the in front of the entry. Any entry can be modified once a member is logged in.  This is allowed so event organizers can maintain the list to get an accurate list of event participants. You can only delete your own entry. Entries that are dropped or "Red Lined" are not included in the count totals. You will not be able to change or delete an entry using the generic member login.

You may notice that some times last names appear and some times they do not. Last name only are displayed when a member is logged in. This is to respect the privacy of our members.

       
 

  This Button appears when a member in NOT logged in. A secondary screen will be displayed where you can select the members name and number of participants.
       
    If you are logged in this button will also appear in addition to the button above. If you click this button you are added to the sign-up list. No additional action is needed.
       
  Comments/Notes section:
       
  Club members can add comments before and after an Event. This can be used to add information about a event. Or you can share what you like about the event.

You must use your login to create a comment. The generic member login can not create comments. This was done to ensure comment/Note ownership and responsibility.
